Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Please read the portion that applies to your situation.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% is required if booked more than 3 days in advance. Deposits are to be paid within 7 days of the date of booking, or later by negotiation with Zula management.

CANCELLATIONS
GROUP POLICY
Should cancellation during non-peak times** be necessary the following would apply:

Cancellations made thirty one (31) or more days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge for the room(s) reserved.
Should cancellation during peak times** be necessary the following would apply:

Cancellations made sixty one (61) or more days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made thirty one (31) to sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded..

Cancellations made less than thirty one (31) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge for the room(s) reserved.
INDIVIDUAL POLICY
Should cancellation during non-peak times** be necessary the following would apply:

Cancellations made eight (8) or more days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made one (1) to seven (7) days prior to the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made less than one (1) day prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge for the room(s) reserved.

Cancellations made thirty one (31) or more days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
